Cuero Health: CRH Welcomes New Volunteer Leadership and Recognizes Volunteer Contributions

Cuero, Texas: Cuero Regional Hospital hosted the annual Cuero Hospital Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon on Monday, April 8, 2019 in the Education Classroom. Over 40 dedicated volunteers attended and were recognized for their volunteer hours.

CRH Volunteer President Candy Henderson welcomed the volunteers to the luncheon and was followed by a prayer from Volunteer Chaplain MaryAnn Flessner. Cuero Regional Hospital senior leaders and directors served the volunteers a lunch prepared by the Hospital’s cafeteria. The event continued with the president’s annual report, a treasurer’s report from Emily Davis, recognition of honorary members Diana Butler and Lilly Gonzales by Kathy Simon, CRH Volunteer Coordinator, remarks from Lynn Falcone, CEO of Cuero Health and concluded with the installation of officers by Judy Krupala, CNO of Cuero Regional Hospital and the presentation of hours by Vicki Coppedge.

Emily Davis (pictured below with Lynn Falcone, CEO of Cuero Health) was recognized for contributing over 10,000 hours as a Cuero Hospital Volunteer.

“It was a true honor to serve as President of the Cuero Regional Hospital Volunteers. I am impressed how a relatively small group of volunteers can make such a difference. It has been one of the most enjoyable parts of my retirement,” said Candy Henderson, outgoing President of Cuero Regional Hospital Volunteers.
