Cuero Health Recognizes Local Officers on National Law Enforcement Day

Friday, January 10, 2020

On Thursday, Jan. 9th, Cuero Regional Hospital and Parkside Family Clinic delivered baskets and cookie trays to area law enforcement stations to show appreciation and recognize National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day.

“Given our close working relationship with area officers, we want to take a few minutes to visit with them and share our appreciation. We understand their jobs are difficult and we appreciate their sacrifice, as well as the risks they take to keep our community safe,” said Lynn Falcone, CEO of Cuero Health.

Wanting to show your support to area officers? Here are some suggestions from the Concerns of Police Survivors’ website (https://www.concernsofpolicesurvivors.org/lead)

  • Send a card in support to your local police department or drop off snacks to the station.
  • Share a story about a positive law enforcement experience on social media.
  • Ask your children to write letters in support of law enforcement.

“It was important to our staff to recognize the role of our officers in our community. We are so grateful for their service and thrilled at this opportunity to show our appreciation for all they do,” said Cindy Lange, Parkside Family Clinic Director.
