CRH's Mary Ortiz and Letisia Olguin Retire with a Combined Total of 78 Years of Service

Cuero Regional Hospital celebrated 78 combined years of service for both Mary Ortiz, switchboard operator, and Letisia Olguin, insurance coordinator/assistant business office manager, on Wednesday, July 14 with a retirement reception in the front lobby of Cuero Regional Hospital.

Mary Ortiz has been a Switchboard Operator for Cuero Regional Hospital since 1981. For many years, she created a birthday calendar with a drawing to reflect the birthday month. She is a great artist, as well as being the first face many people saw when they arrived at the hospital or voice they heard when calling the main hospital phone line.

Letisia Olguin has been with Cuero Regional Hospital since 1983. She has worked as an insurance clerk and was promoted to Insurance Coordinator/Assistant Business Office Manager in 2002. She has helped many patients with their insurance claim issues over the years.
