Goliad Family Practice Welcomes Kevin Denton, D.O. and Prepares for Dr. Mark Heard’s Retirement
Goliad, Texas: Goliad Family Practice is pleased to announce that Kevin Denton, D.O. is expanding his practice at the Clinic and will assume the position of Goliad Family Practice Medical Director upon the retirement of Dr. Mark Heard on August 27, 2020. Also, Dr. Denton will continue to see patients at Cuero Medical Clinic on specific days during the week, as well as expanding his practice at the Goliad Clinic.
Goliad Family Practice, located at 139 W. Franklin in Goliad, has seen a growing number of patients thanks to the medical providers on staff and is pleased Dr. Denton will be taking on this leadership role and expanding his practice in September.
“Dr. Heard has been a key to our success at Goliad Family Practice and has been a fixture in our community for 30 years. We wish him the best as he prepares for retirement in late August. Dr. Heard is highly respected by both our staff and patients and is a talented physician. Having Dr. Heard’s level of experience on staff at Goliad Family Practice has been such an asset and, with the onboarding of Dr. Denton, as well as Laura Brown, RN, FNP-C on staff, helps to ensures excellent medical care to the patients we serve,” said Denise McMahan, RN-MSN, Assistant Administrator at Cuero Regional Hospital.
