Save the Date Gala XIV “An Evening to Shine”

Cuero, Texas, January 2023 — GALA XIV “An Evening to Shine” will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Paul and Cathy Celauro’s Cuero Creek Ranch. The evening will kick off at 4:30pm with a Benefactor’s reception for Gala sponsors, followed by the main event at 5:30pm. Guests will enjoy delicious cuisine by Harvey Jacob’s Catering, an open bar sponsored by 5D Travelin’ Tavern, and the opportunity to bid on many unique live and silent auction items. The night will be topped off with entertainment by the Staudt Brothers, followed by headliner Jason Boland and the Stragglers, with Legacy Companies serving as the Stage Sponsor.

This year’s event will again feature a Diamond Giveaway, sponsored by Deutsch & Deutsch Jewelers of Victoria. One hundred rhinestone-filled champagne glasses will be sold at the event, with only one lucky winner taking home an exquisite diamond hidden inside their glass. Another highlight of the evening for guests to partake in will be the “Shots for Shotgun” giveaway, with the prize being a Browning Citori White Lightening over and under 12 gauge shotgun.

Proceeds of this year’s Gala will benefit the purchase of the da Vinci Robotical Surgery System for Cuero Regional Hospital. This surgical system is designed to help surgeons perform minimally invasive surgery, while offering high-definition 3D vision, a magnified view, and robotic and computer assistance.
