Cuero Health: Cuero Regional Hospital EMS Organizes Hurricane & Flood Preparedness Day
Cuero, Texas: Cuero Health EMS is organizing a Hurricane & Flood Preparedness Day on Saturday, June 12 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the old Cuero Intermediate School. This is a community wide event to help our community be prepared for the "What if?" should another hurricane, flood or disaster strike the Crossroads area. Cuero Regional Hospital and several area partners are proud to work together on this educational event, featuring booths, disaster preparedness materials and more.
“This conference will provide timely information and updates for hurricane preparedness and flooding events that occur in our area,” said Billy Jordan, Cuero Health EMS.

“From preparation and planning to volunteer organizations, community outreach, response, and recovery, this local conference will provide you, your family and your business the tools to prepare well in advance of the storm,” said Jordan.
The event features booths, speakers and topics on: Cuero Regional Hospital EMS, Cuero Home Health, GVEC, Texas Floodplan Management Association, Texas Water Development Board, emergency preparedness, insurance, health precautions, informational booths, door prizes and more.
