Fitness classes are a fun way to build your body! There are classes for those looking to tone, sculpt, sweat, dance and even relax. Whichever class you decide to try, these activity classes combine fat-burning aerobics muscle-building and stretching exercises into routines that are performed to music. All ages can enjoy the benefits and challenges of learning new skills presented in these fitness classes. Yoga classes are designed to help integrate your mind, body, and spirit to enhance well-being. Yoga postures and breathing techniques, designed to strengthen and stretch the body, are mastered to:

  • Develop fitness and muscle tone.
  • Improve strength, balance, and flexibility.
  • Promote better posture and alignment.
  • Increase lung capacity and breathing quality.
  • Improve digestion and circulation.

The BFit Cuero Wellness Center offers an exciting variety of fitness classes. Our classes include beginner, intermediate and advanced exercises for people of all ages and fitness levels. We continue to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technology so we can incorporate them into our classes.

Flexibility is key. We have morning, mid-morning and evening fitness classes to fit your busy schedule. Can't fit a class into your schedule? Try FitnessOnDemand.

Because cross-training is the most efficient and safest way to train, our staff encourages everyone to sample from our array of class offerings. Any of our instructors will be happy to help you set up a workout schedule or answer any questions you may have.

Zumba® Kids

Perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids 7-11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music.

How it works

Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.

Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives by making fitness fun. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, cultural awareness.
