Description:
Cuero Regional Hospital is searching for a FT Quality Director in our Quality Department.
- The Quality Director is responsible for the CRH quality program consisting of quality monitoring, infection control and staff education to assure staff are educated in organizational priorities.
- The Quality Director is responsible assuring the quality core measure abstraction and the monitoring of quality assurance/performance improvement indicators throughout the organization.
- This requires coordination of department monitoring to assure timely reporting to QAPI.
- Additionally, the Director is responsible for oversight and coordination of staff education to promote excellence and innovation in the delivery of patient centered care.
- In collaboration with senior leaders and department managers, the Quality Department will manage, coordinate and implement staff education.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
- 4 years of clinical nursing minimum
- 4 years clinical nursing and 1 year of Quality Improvement experience preferred
- Registered Nurse in Texas
- BLS required
