Cuero Regional Hospital Restores All Systems; Operations Return to Normal
Cuero, Texas — [December 21, 2025] — Cuero Regional Hospital announces that all hospital systems, including the electronic medical record (EMR), have been fully restored and are operating normally.
Following the completion of a comprehensive investigation and precautionary system review, the hospital has safely returned all systems to full functionality. The investigation confirmed there was no data breach, no unauthorized access, and no malicious activity identified within the network.
Throughout the temporary disruption, patient care and the continuum of care were maintained through established downtime protocols. At no time was patient safety compromised.
With systems now fully restored, Cuero Regional Hospital has resumed normal operations and workflows across all departments.
